VERY LOW TAXES, There are a few things that I don't want to get overlooked. THIS IS A VERY NICE STREET.. There is a unheated room that could be a 3rd bedroom. The roof is newer, there is city water, sewer, and natural gas and most of the construction is block. VERY LOW TAXES. This is a very nice street a couple of blocks away from the college. 10 min walk to NYC buses.
